游泳是个不错的锻炼，全身肌肉群都可以得到锻炼，不用担心拉伤，脂肪燃烧也快，小腹肥肉已经缩小，呵
，还是比较有效的。最近天气不好，去得不多，感觉没有运动调节，心情总是跟天气一样，等雨过天晴，争取把
蝶泳练好了。

想让自己的拙作能给大家视觉带来一点小小冲击，自己能对生活有些感悟。我不给自己的照片
加上自己过多感情色彩的文字，也就是不想让大家的感觉跟着我的感觉走，每一个人看同一张
照片，感受总是不同的，夹杂着自己更多的经历，这就是我的初衷。但是，最近，我觉得，照
片是我拍出来的，是按我的视角，我的思想去拍得，所以，更多的还是反映了自我的东西。
我决定，以后我会给我的每张照片加上我的感觉，让大家批评的同时，也能感觉到我的存在，
感觉到我的思想附着与我的每张相片。我想这也不会影响到大家带着自己的眼光去观察一个东西
而且可能会更有共鸣的效果。
       不写些东西，我感觉到BLOG内容过于空洞，加上自己的照片一向形式性很强，很多的朋友
给我提了意见，我也一直在反省，在摸索....一张好的相片，除了构图好，内容更是最重要的，
颜色现在对于我，更是其次了，以前总是追求鲜艳的颜色，夸张的对比，现在，只要一张照片的
颜色能反映我的心情，就算只有黑白灰，只有弱对比，淡颜色，我就会上。
       前段时间去珠海外拍，第一次试拍所谓的糖水片，用别人的相机，加上没有任何交流过的
MODEL结果可想而知，当然自己照片的视觉蹂躏。看了很多人家拍的糖水片，的确漂亮，也很想学习
学习，但是最近在整理一些图片发现，自己更喜欢的，是更随意，更自然，跟着感觉走的风格，
因为要把糖水拍好，我认为要让MODEL表现出自己的气质，而我是比较懒的人，意识流的东西，
随意，而且把自己对模特的感觉融合了起来，那样出来的片子似乎更有自己的风格...我就是个很
追求自己风格的人...
       珠海回来，再次发现自己对器材是多么的白痴，而且自己的器材的确老迈破旧，但是回头
想想，无经济能力消费器材，也不是件坏事，想着能怎么用好自己所拥有的器材，更是重要，我越来
越觉得不是好器材或者大的器材才能出好片，RICHON R1这部破二手相机，还是给我带来了很多惊喜
很多不经意间的瞬间，被我捕捉，所以让我有如此感慨
      胶片现在的确麻烦，所以等九月份考完试，会考虑DSLR，但是会留不小傻瓜胶片跟双反120

ZZX论坛上，题目引起了他们探讨，本身处理照片，跟着自己的感觉走，表达一种孤寂的感情，
却未虑及MODEL的表现，这套片子，更多的是融合了我的心情了，MODEL本身的感觉，已经完全
被我自己的情感冲淡了
